The latest rumors on the Samsung Galaxy S8 release date suggest March 2017. The actual reveal and official announcement is expected to come around the third week in February at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona. MWC is always one of the most anticipated tech events of the year where the debut of many of the hottest trends are debuted for the whole world to see.
The anticipated March 2017 release date is for both variants of the S8 including the Galaxy S8 Edge. Larger markets around the world such as the US, UK, China, and Canada will be among the first to see the launch of the S8 with other markets having to wait a couple of weeks. India has become one of the largest markets in the world when it comes to smartphones, and by the end of 2017 it may become the #1 market in sales.
