It also has a 5.5-inch display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of RAM along with a microSD card slot. HTC has a 13MP camera around back with a 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies here on the Desire 820U. This is a 4G LTE smartphone, unlike a few of the others on this list. And it is a GSM unlocked device, so it will work on both AT&T and T-Mobile.
